Dentist was great but the staff was not prepared when I arrived. I waited 40 minutes while they got setup. I was the 1st appt to the day.

Went in for a morning appointment with Dr. Hermann for an oral exam. He is very caring and knowledgeable. After the exam, he took his time explaining, answering all the questions and addressing the concerns I have about my condition. He also gave me a follow up call in the afternoon to ease my concern. I highly recommend Dr. Hermann.

I think it's the best place too go in the Edgewater area. Everyone is very nice and the dentists are kind and good at what they do. This is my dentist spot and I will come here for all my teeth needs.

Edgewater Dental is by far the best dentist out there! They're always prompt to answer the phone and the receptionists are always so very kind and helpful. My dentist is also amazing! She and her team gave me a lot of my confidence back by helping fill multiple cavities I had, which a previous dentist failed to disclose to me. They were incredibly kind and patient, made me feel comfortable and were very accomdating with scheduling appointments. I always recommend Edgewater Dental to my friends in Chicago because they're that amazing. I could write a novel about how amazing they are. You won't be disappointed with their service. They even took me in on a Saturday after I accidentally pulled out one of my fillings the night before flossing, leaving a hole in my mouth and me panicking not knowing what to do next, this interaction is what brought me to write this review because they saved me a lot of anxiety and came to my rescue. Thanks so much for everything Edgewater Dental!
